We worked with Jay Dakhoo in the sale of our Dollar Tree in Austin, TX in the spring of 2023 and we were very pleased with our decision when we choose him as our sales agent. Jay reached out to us in the Fall of 2021 and at that time we had indicated that we were not ready to sell; but, nevertheless he had taken the effort of putting an evaluation package together for the property so when the time came to sell, it was very convenient for us to reach out to him. We were able to put the property on the market the very next day. Jay is very knowledgeable, responsive, very helpful and ready to assist in any way he can. He is easy to work with and we would work with him again in our next project either in buying or selling !
