I recently had the joy of co-oping a transaction with Hanna (Perry), where we were both on the same side of a lease transaction with a mutual client.
She was responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what she was doing. There were several surprises through the deal, but she handled it all with poise and mastery that goes far beyond most in this business. I would jump at the chance to work with her on another deal in the future.
